The Client Support Analyst is an entry level position that provides our clients with exceptional telephone support, resolving all questions and problems in a timely manner while maintaining a polite professional manner. The Client Support Analyst will ensure that all Client Support calls are handled in accordance with the FXpress Corporation 'priority level definitions' and that follow-up contact is maintained at all times.

As an integral part of the FXpress Sales and Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will have wide-ranging responsibilities and support the Marketing Manager and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. This individual will assist in the planning, creation, execution and analysis of marketing and lead generation initiatives including: direct mail, events, conferences and online activities. The candidate will have ownership of the company CRM tool and manage updates and incoming/outgoing prospect information from sales team.
